Routing HTTP Requests

Routing HTTP Requests covers using the alias, return, and rewrite directives to route requests.

In Routing HTTP Requests you start by using the alias directive to specify a replacement path for a given location. You'll then use the return directive to return a response code and a url to the client. You explore how the rewrite directive can be used to shape requests to you server. You'll use rewrite flags to manage rewrite processing. Finally, you'll use the sub_filter directive to rewrite the response to a client. This module has hands-on labs.
